We're kicking off 2019 with a fantastic five-course beer dinner curated by Chef Jason Baczkiewicz, Sommelier Jesus Rodriguez, and Head Brewer Robert Haggerty.
Enjoy an evening of beautiful dishes prepared in our scratch kitchen, thoughtfully paired with several of our barrel-aged, bottle-conditioned beers.

1st Course — Tuna Tartar
served with avocado and red chile aoli and topped with fresh micro greens

2nd Course — Butternut Squash & Apple Bisque
topped with extra virgin olive oil and toasted pepitas

3rd Course — Braised Beet Salad
hearty bitter winter greens topped with braised golden beets and goat cheese tossed in a lemon shallot vinaigrette

4th Course — Chicken Roulade
chicken stuffed with sausage and preserved lemon wrapped in bacon and served with a pan sauce on parsnip puree and pan roasted seasonal veggies

Finale — Pecan Tart
served with chantilly cream and cranberry compote
